49bat's Terms and Conditions — Read before becoming a member

1 Definitions & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 49bat platform and all associated services. In these Terms, "49bat", "we", and "our" refer to the 49bat operating company, while "user", "member", and "you" refer to any individual registered on or using the platform.

2 Account Register

To create an account on 49bat, you must register with accurate and complete information. Creating an account using false or incorrect details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Each individual may create no more than one account.
• The name, date of birth, and mobile number used during registration must be accurate.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number or email address.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely the responsibility of the user.
• Sharing account access with any other person is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

3 Age Verification & KYC

Under 49bat's Terms & Conditions, the minimum age to use the platform is 18. Minors are strictly prohibited from participating in any capacity.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory prior to withdrawal. One of the following documents will be required for KYC:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Once approved, re-verification is not required unless any details change. 49bat reserves the right to request re-verification at any time in the event of suspicious activity.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

49bat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All terms and conditions governing financial transactions are detailed below:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 50
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 200
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• After successful KYC, withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Under our anti-money laundering policy, additional verification may be required for large transactions.

5 Betting Rules

Under 49bat's Terms & Conditions, all bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. Accepted bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant sport.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are clearly stated on the platform.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 49bat reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the relevant bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• 49bat is not liable for missed bets during live betting caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

49bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, and failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• Cashback: Cashback paid as a percentage of net losses over a specified period.
• Referral Bonus: Both parties receive a bonus when you refer a friend, provided the referee is an active player.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate wagering requirements will result in all bonuses and winnings being cancelled. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates 49bat's Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited. The following actions will result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Betting on match-fixed events or using insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illicit funds.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

49bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice. This may occur under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Where fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected.
• If KYC verification fails or false information has been provided.
• Where a financial security risk has been identified.

Users may request account closure at any time. If a balance is present, it will be withdrawn before the account is closed. Self-exclusion is also available as part of responsible gaming.

9 Responsible Gaming

49bat believes betting is for entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as a source of income. Promoting responsible gaming is a core part of our Terms & Conditions.

49bat's maximum liability for any single incident shall be limited to the amount of the bet in question. 49bat accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses.
